To Be Eligible: (You do NOT have to be enrolled in college courses)

*  You must be a parent, with a child under 21 living in your home AND

*  Meet income guidelines or one of the following:

*  You must be receiving Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA) currently or formerly OR

*  You must be receiving food stamps, Medicaid (ARKids included) OR

*  You must have annual family income below 250% of federal poverty level
