Meet Our Staff
Kim Lovelace, Director
My name is Kim Lovelace. I have worked at Ozarka College for nine years. I have worked with the TEA Coalition, the College Now/Tech Prep project and am currently the Director of Career Pathways at Ozarka College. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education from Williams Baptist College and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech University. Prior to working at Ozarka College, I taught elementary school in the Melbourne School District for six years and before that worked at Paul Miller Motors.
Tracy Cone, Student Advisor
My name is Tracy Cone. I have been at Ozarka for 4 years working in the student support capacity. Having been a student, I understand the pressures and barriers that are sometimes present while in school and it is a great opportunity that I have to assist students in overcoming those. I graduated with a BS in Psychology and Counseling with a minor in Sociology from ASU in 2003 and in 2006 graduated with a MS in College Student Personnel from ATU. I live in Melbourne with my husband Michael and our two children, Allie and Adam.
Laura Lawrence, Community Outreach Specialist
I'm Laura Lawrence, Community Outreach Specialist for Career Pathways here at Ozarka College. I have been with the college since January 2006. I love working with students and seeing them achieve their educational goals. I graduated from Ozarka College in December 2000 and transferred to Arkansas State University in Mountain Home where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. I am currently attending Arkansas Tech University online and working towards a Masters of Science Degree in College Student Personnel. I live in Sage with my husband Travis and our two children, Abbie and Ty.
Charlotte Knox, Intake Specialist
Hi! I am Charlotte Knox, Intake Specialist for Career Pathways at Ozarka College. I have been an employee of Ozarka College since February of 2008. I graduated from Ozarka College in 2008 and transferred to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where I am currently seeking my Bachelor's in Human Resource Management through UALR's College of Business online program. I reside in Brockwell with my husband Troy, my son Michael and my daughter Angelica. When I am not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my family and close friends, gardening, writing and reading.
