In order to utilize the fitness center and it's programs participants must be registered in one of the following courses:

Fitness Center I (PHED 1101)-1 credit hour
Fitness Center II (PHED 2101)-1 credit hour
Lifetime Fitness (PHED 2201)- 1 credit hour
Lifetime Fitness (PHED 2201/Ash Flat)- 1 credit hour
Introduction to Fitness (Continuing Education)
Employee Wellness Option (Continuing Education)
