Although writing the self-study document has not begun, Jeremy Nicholson has already started thinking about the format for Ozarka's document.

Some of the formatting aesthetics the steering committee needs to think about include:

• General
• Colors
• Images
• Fonts/Spacing
• Charts /Graphs

Suggestions for format along with links to examples that were presented:

Cover -all three Ozarka location images; include students; black or white or color; suggestion as we have input; 2 or 3 or 4 scenarios to choose from; 3 different locations on bottom, students on top;

Foreword/Table of Contents/Appendices -how many do we need to print? Color on every page. One per employee, foundation, board, etc. 150-160; cost depends on how we use color; how much emphasis will be on the cross cutting themes (Wyoming example). Name of chapter in the running head rather than the name of the college.
