Fitness Center Director Holly Ayers, describes the fitness ball class as a low impact exercise course designed to strengthen, tone and increase overall core muscles. "Exercises utilizing the fitness ball will help students develop their core strength and stability, motor control and muscle endurance without adding bulk." She adds, "Students should be ready to challenge their entire body and have a great time!"

All exercises are done on the stability balls and/or floor mats. This class is designed for beginners or the advanced fitness guru. Cost for the class is $50, and includes the fitness ball. Space is limited, therefore advance registration is required. For more information or to register for the course, call 870-368-2090, email hayers@ozarka.edu, or stop by the Paul Miller Fitness Center.
