Ozarka College Culinary Arts Department to host Culinary Showcase

Ozarka College's Culinary Arts Department will host a Culinary Showcase, fine dining experience, on November 20, 2014.   There will be two seating availabilities, one at 5:30 PM and another at 7:00 PM.   Reservation for either is required.

The meal will take place in the Cafeteria of the Administration Building, located at 218 College Drive in Melbourne.   The cost is $30.00 per  person.   Guests will be served a mushroom with sage oil and creme fraiche soup, spinach with apples, pecans, blue Cheese and tabasco cinnamon vinaigrette salad, an entre with beef short ribs, root vegetable mash and baby green beans with house cured bacon and red peppers.   For dessert: caged pear, cinnamon ice cream, caramel sauce, and almond cream.
