Culinary Planning Valentine Dinner

The Ozarka College Culinary Arts Department will hold its annual Valentine gourmet dinner on Thursday, February 11th. This dinner will be reserved seating only in the lobby of the John E. Miller Auditorium.

Touch of Class Gourmet Night will feature a buffet style meal for this dinner only. The advanced Culinary Arts students cul2will lead this dining experience from planning to execution. According to Ozarka Culinary Instructor, Chef Mimi Newsome, "Ozarka's culinary department prides itself on a reputation for hosting many successful dining events. The Valentine dinner has become one of the most popular dinners."

This event will be by reservation only and seating is limited. Please contact the Culinary Arts Department at 870-368-2062 for reservations on a "first come, first serve" basis.

Two more gourmet night events are planned for March 18th and April 22nd. Reservations can be made in advance for those dinners.
