Libbie Watkins of Salem, Arkansas has received the 2016 North Central District Fair Queen scholarship. As the winner of this pageant, Libbie will receive a $500 scholarship to use at Ozarka College, where she is currently attending and majoring in Education. The pageant was held in the John E. Miller Auditorium on October 1, 2016 and was a preliminary to the Arkansas State Fair Queen Contest.
