Ozarka College has received notification from White River Planning and Development District, Inc. that Senator Linda Collins-Smith has awarded $15,000 in general improvement funds to the College. $10,000 of this grant is to be allocated to expenses for paving the parking lot at Ozarka College - Mammoth Spring, and the remaining $5,000 will benefit the Ozarka College Aviation program.
Ozarka College president, Dr. Richard Dawe, had the opportunity to meet with Senator Linda Collins-Smith at Ozarka's campus in Mammoth Spring on July 13, 2016. "We are so appreciative of Senator Collins-Smith's contribution and for her clear passion for higher education in our service region and throughout the state, " commented Dr. Dawe.
