Ozarka College will offer Mediterranean cooking classes in October. Learn to cook dishes from Eastern Mediterranean countries on October 13 and Western Mediterranean countries on October 20. Each class will begin at 5:30 p.m. and take place in the John E. Miller building at Ozarka College in Melbourne, Arkansas.
The classes will be lead by the Izard County Extension Office and taught by Ozarka College's culinary arts instructor, Alden Griffus. The cost is $25 per class; $20 for participants age 60 and up. There is also a $5 discount for those who register for both classes. Seating is limited and pre-registration by October 7 is required.
