Natalie Cooper, an Ozarka College general technology student from Melbourne, Arkansas, has received the John E. Miller Memorial scholarship. This scholarship was established to honor the late John E. Miller, former state representative. Representative Miller began his 40 years of service after being elected to the Arkansas House of Representatives in 1958.
