Enrollment Options
In order to utilize the fitness center and it's programs participants must be registered in one of the following courses:
Introduction to Fitness (Continuing education)
Fitness Center I (PHED 1101)-1 credit hour
Fitness Center II (PHED 2101)-1 credit hour
Lifetime Fitness (PHED 2201)- 1 credit hourFitness center staff members can assist you with the enrollment process. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
Fitness Center I and II are also currently being offered at Ash Flat by the Family Fitness Center. Please contact Holly Ayers at 368-2090 for more information.
