Culinary students at Ozarka gain practical and classroom training in catering, restaurant service,professionalism and safety standards for food service operation.
Ozarka culinary students assisted the catering company throughout the week of the Clinton Library Dedication. As pictured here, students plated 1500 meals to be served to several US Presidents and many other digintaries and celebrities for a luncheon.
