Purpose:

The Graduation Committee will ensure that plans for graduation are completed in a timely and effective manner.

 

Committee Membership:

  1. Vice President of Student Services Co-Chairperson
  2. Vice President of Academic Affairs Co-Chairperson
  3. Additional members appointed by the President


Responsibilities:

  1. Recommending graduation speakers to the Administrative Council and President
  2. Ensuring the ordering of caps and gowns
  3. Preparing diplomas and programs
  4. Preparing the auditorium
  5. A variety of other tasks as reuired by the Graduation Check list
