Ozarka College, in Melbourne, Arkansas is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Director of Aviation. This position is an 11- or a 12-month position (negotiable), which provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of the Associate of Science in Professional Pilot-Aviation program, including development, improvement, delivery, and review of program. This position oversees all compliance requirements of the FAR Part 141 standards and managing agreements with local facilities with the overarching goal to increase student completion in the professional pilot program at Ozarka College. This is a great opportunity to teach aviation to motivated flight students while building valuable flight time in a rewarding career. This position reports to the Associate Vice President of Academics.

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 based upon the education, experience, and skills of the candidate.
