History and Art Adjunct Instructor

Ozarka College is seeking qualified applicants for an adjunct (part-time instructor) to teach in the areas of History and Art at the Melbourne campus. This position is scheduled to begin August 2014 for the Fall Semester. Courses to be taught include, but are not limited to: World Civilization, American History, American National Government, and Arkansas History. Art courses to be taught include, but are not limited to:  Fine Arts Visual, Art History, Painting, and Drawing.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Master’s Degree with 18 graduate hours in History or Art. 
  • Strong computer background is essential.  
  • College teaching experience preferred.  
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
