This application is requested to determine your eligibility to participate in the Career Pathways program at Ozarka College. Completing this form does not commit you to participate in the program.
To Be Eligible:
* You must be an Arkansas resident
* Parent or adult caretaker of a child under the age of twenty-one (21)
- Includes custodial and noncustodial parents
* You receive services under the following programs:
- Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP)
- Medicaid
- ArKids
*Household income of less than 250% of the federal poverty level*
