Kim Lovelace, Director
My name is Kim Lovelace. I have worked at Ozarka College for fourteen years on various projects including the TEA Coalition grant, the College Now/Tech Prep project, with the Advancement department and am currently the Director of Career Pathways. I have a Bachelor of Science in Education from Williams Baptist College and a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech University. Prior to working at Ozarka College, I taught elementary school in the Melbourne School District for six years and prior to that at Paul Miller Motors.

My name is Tiffney Miller; I am the Community Outreach Specialist for Career Pathways at Ozarka College in Ash Flat. I am a graduate of University of Arkansas with Bachelor of Education in Human Resources and a graduate of Ozarka College with an Associate of Arts. Previously, I have worked for Department of Human Services and Health Department. I reside in Melbourne, AR with my husband John David Miller and two children John Ethan and Ella Beth.
Amanda Engelhardt, Employability Coordinator
Hello! My name is Amanda Engelhardt, Employability Coordinator for Career Pathways at Ozarka College in Melbourne. I am a graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and of Ozarka College with an Associate of Arts. Previously, I have worked with the Hometown Health Coalition, the Health Department as well as the Department of Human Services. I currently reside in Melbourne with my husband Seth and three Pugs!
