Governor Asa Hutchinson recently announced the appointment of Pam Setser to the Ozarka College Board of Trustees. Her seven-year term will expire in 2026. Trustee Setser is a graduate of Mountain View High School and holds a Business Degree from Batesville Vocational-Technical School. Setser began her career at the Mountain View Telephone Company where she worked for 23 years, then transferred to Centennial Bank for 10 years. Pam is now retired and enjoys traveling with her husband Vic Setser, helping with her grandchildren, and focusing on her music.
"I am very honored to be chosen to serve on the Board of Trustees. I have a true love for Ozarka College. It has provided so many students the opportunity to attend college because of its hometown location, " said Setser.
"We are very fortunate to have Pam appointed by Governor Hutchinson to the Ozarka Board of Trustees! She has been a vital and active member of our Foundation Board, and is the off going Foundation Board Chair, " commented Dr. Richard Dawe, President of Ozarka College.
