The American Legion Post #55 in Mammoth Spring, AR announced the recipients of their first annual Post #55 Ozarka College Scholarship. The recipients for the spring 2019 semester were Hayden Savage and Devon Cray.

A third scholarship was funded by the Spring River Lions Club and was awarded to Michael Keller.

These $150.00 scholarships covered the cost of tuition for one 3 credit hour concurrent/dual credit course at Ozarka College and is restricted to juniors and seniors enrolled at Mammoth Spring High School. They are available for both college and vocational coursework.

Ozarka College provides a reduced tuition rate of $50 per credit hour for students who are enrolled in college courses while still enrolled in high school. These concurrent/dual credit courses allow students to get a jump start on their college education while still in high school.
