Canning/Food Preservation seminar is March 28 at Mammoth Spring

Ozarka College will partner with the Fulton County Cooperative Extension Service to offer a free Canning/Food Preservation seminar Friday, March 28, at noon on the Mammoth Spring campus.
The seminar will be presented by MaLinda Coffman, RD. Topics will include pressure-cooker testing, benefits of home-food preservation, food safety, water-bath canning, pressure cooking, freezing, dehydrating and available county extension service resources.
