Canning and Food Preservation Seminar to be offered at Ozarka College - Mammoth Spring

Ozarka College in Mammoth Spring will offer a canning and food preservation seminar on April 10, 2015 at 12:00 PM.   Topics covered will include testing of pressure cookers, benefits of home food preservation, food safety, water bath canning, pressure cooking, dehydrating, and resources available through the extension office.

The seminar will be presented by the Fulton County Extension Office and is free to the public. Seating is limited, though, so registration is strongly encouraged.
