Ozarka College - Ash Flat to Host Immune Boosting Herbs & Wild Edibles

Ozarka College in Ash Flat, Arkansas will host a continuing education course on Thursday, October 18 from 3 - 4 PM called "Immune Boosting Herbs and Wild Edibles. "
The class will be taught by Robin Moore, who is a certified community herbalist. In this class students will learn how to relieve symptoms from colds, flu, and digestive upset. Students will learn what herbal remedies to make with ingredients found in their own pantries, and this class will help them become confident in using herbs in everyday life to improve their health.
The cost is $20.00 for participants less than 60 years of age, and $16.00 for participants 60 years of age and above (includes herbal kit). Seating is limited and pre-registration is required.
