CECE0058 Yoga Fundamentals - 8 week class

This class offers an opportunity for people of all ages and capabilities to improve their range of motion by focusing on movement, breath, and flexibility. This practice is perfect for students who are new to yoga or those who want to improve their yoga practice. We will focus on the breath, basic postures, and proper form. The 4:30 course will focus on beginning and basic postures, while the 5:45 class will be great for continuing students to advance their practice. However, it is not necessary to have any prior experience with yoga for either class. Students will need a yoga mat to participate in the course.
