We are proud to announce that Katie Wilson of Salem, Arkansas has been selected as Ozarka's Employee of the Quarter.  Wilson serves as the Allied Health Division Chair, where she oversees healthcare-related programs, supports faculty, and helps ensure students are prepared for careers in the medical field.

"Katie has done an outstanding job taking on Director of Nursing duties while continuing to lead the Allied Health Division," said Dr. Chris Lorch, provost. "She has stepped in to teach classes during times of short staffing and has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout. Her commitment to students and her team truly sets her apart, and this recognition is well deserved."

Wilson has been a dedicated member of the Ozarka College team since 2005. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, leadership, and commitment to student success. Her willingness to step into the classroom when needed, along with her ability to lead effectively during challenging times, has made a significant impact on both students and faculty. She has earned Employee of the Quarter recognition for the period of January through March 2026.
