Core de Force Class to be offered at Ozarka College

Ozarka College in Melbourne, Arkansas will offer Core de Force classes through continuing education, beginning in June and new students are welcome. The classes will start June 17 and run through July 24. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. All classes will be taught by Jeannie Hudspeth and will meet in the John E. Miller Education Complex, room C106.
Core de Force live is the high-energy, non-contract group fitness class that mixes MMA- inspired cardio drills with explosive power moves for a full-body conditioning workout. Cardio spikes burn major calories, and your body weight provides resistance-no equipment needed!
The classes are open to all fitness levels and modifications are available. The cost of twelve classes is $90, and $72 for students 60 and above.
