An Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be sent directly to our school from the lender. The amount of the proceeds will be the loan amount less the fees. Proceeds from the loan funds will be applied first to any outstanding debt owed to Ozarka College. The loan funds will be sent in two disbursements each semester. A refund check will be processed for any remaining funds and will be available at the Finance Office window. Students can see the date their refund checks are cut on their myOzarka account. Refund checks will be ready for pick-up at noon the Thursday following the date the check was cut and the refund can be picked up anytime after that. The student must provide a photo ID and sign for their refund in the Finance Office.
NOTE: Loan funds for first time borrowers, in their first enrollment period, are delayed for 30-days from their first class date.
