Practical Nursing graduates at Ozarka College were honored Monday, May 8, at a Capping and Pinning Ceremony on the Melbourne campus.

LPN students recognized at the event were as follows:

Melbourne campus – Joseph Bell, Noah Brooks, Alicia Copper, Kaitlynn Holowell, Kaylee Howard, Kayla Marlin, Micah Moore, Kaitlyn Morehead, Kara Spears, Michelle St. Armand, Victoria Thomas, Emily Turner, Chandler Wilson.

Ash Flat campus – Hailie Allen, Sidney Bailey, Chloe Carter, Valerie Conforth, Tammy Davis, Autumn Harris, Brandy McWilliams, Trina Osborne, Bridget Rodgers, Peyton Rogers, Jordan Simpson, Emma Sliter, Summer Vernon, Brenna Wallace.

Mountain View campus – Lauren Castillo, Autumn Corners, Maddie Decker, Nikki Duke, Elizabeth Everett, Morgan Moser, Canaan Myers, BreeAnna Osburn, Rachelle Rushton, Meranda Sisk, Leslea Vanderwerf, Emma Vanvleet, McKenna Yates.

Dr. Richard Dawe, Ozarka College President, welcomed guests attending the ceremony. Dr. Josh Wilson, Ozarka College Vice President of Advancement, offered the invocation.
This semester's Florence Nightingale Awards went to Victoria Thomas of Melbourne, Brandy McWilliams of Ash Flat and Rachelle Rushton of Mountain View. This award is given to a student in each program who exemplifies the true meaning of nursing with hard work and a true dedication to the profession.
