We are proud to announce that Krystal Rush of Oxford, Arkansas has been selected as Ozarka's Employee of the Quarter. Rush is an Allied Health Instructor for Ozarka, teaching certified nursing assistants (CNA).
"Krystal is not only a stellar instructor, but is also a great leader on our Faculty Council, " said Dr. Chris Lorch, Ozarka College provost. "She has really stepped up and worked closely with her colleagues to enhance the learning experience our students receive. She is incredibly deserving of this recognition. "
Krystal Rush has been a dedicated instructor at Ozarka College since 2019, where she has played a pivotal role in enhancing partnerships with local high schools within Ozarka's service area. Through her efforts, she has facilitated the offering of Certified Nursing Assistant and nursing pre-requisite courses on Ozarka's campuses, providing valuable educational opportunities for students. In addition to her teaching, Krystal currently serves as the Faculty Council Chair, where she oversees the development of essential policies and advocates for the needs of faculty members. Her outstanding contributions were also recognized in 2023 when she was named Ozarka's Outstanding Faculty of the Year.
