Kim Lovelace Named Ozarka College 2026 Staff of the Year

Ozarka College is proud to announce Kim Lovelace, Dean of the Mountain View Campus, as the College's 2026 Staff of the Year.
Lovelace has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to Ozarka College, its students, and the communities it serves. Through her leadership at the Mountain View campus, she plays an important role in supporting students, strengthening campus operations, and advancing Ozarka's mission of providing accessible, high-quality educational opportunities.
Lovelace has a long history of service to Ozarka College. Since 2021, she has led operations at the Mountain View campus, building upon a career at Ozarka that has included leadership in admissions, student engagement, recruitment, outreach, housing, and grant-funded initiatives. She previously served as director of the Career Pathways initiative and, early in her career, was Ozarka College's first Tech Prep Coordinator, helping area high school students get an early start on college technical programs.
"Kim's commitment to Ozarka and our students has been evident throughout her many years of service to the College," said Dr. Josh Wilson, president of Ozarka College. "She is a dedicated leader who genuinely cares about student success and the communities we serve. We are incredibly proud to recognize Kim as our 2026 Staff of the Year."
As Dean of the Mountain View Campus, Lovelace works closely with students, faculty, staff, and community partners to help ensure a welcoming and supportive campus environment. Her commitment to service and student success exemplifies the values Ozarka College seeks to recognize through its annual Staff of the Year award.
