We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Jill Sandlin as the new Education Instructor.
"Jill's experience in education, as well as her enthusiasm for students, makes her a perfect fit in our culture here at Ozarka," said Dr. Chris Lorch, Ozarka College provost. "We're excited to have her on the academic team and her taking on this vital leadership role. "
Sandlin will lead the Associate of Science in Education program and be responsible for not only teaching the coursework, but also advising students and helping them transfer to the four-year institution of their choice.
"I'm humbled and undeserving to be surrounded by the love this institution has shown me thus far, " said Jill. "My mission will always be to give back to the communities that have given so much to me. "
A native of Batesville, AR, Sandlin holds a Bachelor's in Early Childhood from Arkansas State University, a Master's in Special Education-Instructional Specialist from Arkansas State University. Jill is currently enrolled in the Ed. D. program in Educational Leadership at Arkansas State University.
