We are proud to announce that Erin Lamb of Guion, Arkansas has been selected as Ozarka's Employee of the Quarter. Lamb is an accountant in the business office, primarily responsible for overseeing purchasing for the College.

"Erin is an outstanding staff member whose expertise and dedication strengthen the business office," said Amber Rush, vice president of finance. "Her consistent professionalism and care for colleagues and students make her very deserving of this recognition."

Erin joined Ozarka College in 2024. Originally from Conway, she has a solid background from her previous work in accounting and benefits. Since joining the College, Erin has consistently demonstrated exceptional skill, professionalism, and dedication, making a meaningful impact on the business office and the wider campus community. She has earned Employee of the Quarter recognition for the period of July through September 2025.
