Marcus Orf Appointed Vice President of Advancement and Workforce Development

Ozarka College is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Marcus Orf as the Vice President of Advancement and Workforce Development. Prior to this new leadership role, Orf served as the Technical Center director. Orf also has experience in workforce development and played a key role in expanding Ozarka's technical programs, strengthening industry partnerships and increasing student access to career-focused education.
"Marcus has played a tremendous role in growing Ozarka's technical programs to meet regional workforce needs, said Dr. Josh Wilson, Ozarka College president. "Marcus has a great track record of forging key relationships and bringing folks together to accomplish big goals. I'm confident his leadership will continue driving innovation and student success in this new role. "
Marcus Orf has been instrumental in Ozarka College's continued expansion of workforce and technical education. His efforts brought technical programs to Stone County, launched the Skilled Trades program, and boosted enrollment in career and technical pathways. Orf also played a pivotal role in leading the facility remodel of the Carpenter Technical Center in Ash Flat, ensuring students have access to state-of-the-art learning environments.
Orf, who is a native of Calico Rock, holds a Bachelor of Education in Agriculture Science from Arkansas State University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Arkansas Class XVIII.
