Ozarka College welcomes Dawsyn Cole as the new Director of Workforce Development for the Advancement office. In her new role, Dawsyn will work closely with industry partners to strengthen the connection between education and workforce development. Her efforts will help ensure Ozarka students are equipped with the skills and experience today's employers demand, building a stronger, more agile local workforce.

"Her expertise and enthusiasm for connecting individuals with meaningful career opportunities will not only support Ozarks College's growth but also empower our students to achieve their professional goals."

A native of Newport, AR, Cole earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Arkansas University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Arkansas. Dawsyn most recently served as the Career Coach at our Mountain View campus, where she guided students through the college application process and supported their transition into their education and career opportunities.
