Steps for Admission to Ozarka College

1. A formal application for admission.
2. Official transcripts of all previous high school and/or college level work OR official GED (General Education Development) transcript or score report.
3. Proof of immunization against measles, mumps, and rubella (required for full-time students only).
4. An official copy of the ACT or SAT student profile report or results from the ASSET,Compass assessment.
