golf tournament winners and sponsors announced from mountain view

The Ozarka College Foundation Board hosted its annual Golf Tournament in Mountain View at the Pine Hills Golf Course on Sunday, June 5, 2011. Proceeds from this event benefit the amphitheatre project as part of the Mountain View capital campaign.
There were 17 teams who participated this year and the winners for the First Flight were: 1st place - Kyle Vance and Monk Buchanan; 2nd place - Clinton Ray Hinesely and James Storey. Winners for the Second Flight were: 1st place - Logan Ferguson and Brent Howard; 2nd place - Al Smith and Dylan Smith.
Ozarka College Director of Advancement, Suellen Davidson was pleased with the results of the tournament and attributes the hard work and efforts of the Mountain View Foundation Board members, along with Administrative Coordinator at the Mountain View site, Gin Brown for its success. "Much hard work went into making this annual tournament a success and we are grateful for such a wonderful show of support by the local businesses and individuals who played or donated time and money."

A silent auction was held in conjunction with the tournament.
