Ozarka College seeks applicants for a Chief Flight Instructor. The Chief Flight Instructor, acting under the direction of the Provost and Executive Vice President of Learning, and the Associate Vice President of Academics, provides leadership and oversight for flight training within the Associate of Science in Aviation - Professional Pilot program. This position is a 12-month position. The Chief Instructor position oversees all compliance requirements of the FAR Part 141 standards and managing agreements with local facilities with the overarching goal to increase student completion in the professional pilot program at Ozarka College.
